High-intensity strength, core and cardio circuits are designed to boost your METAbolism. Engage your mind & body through diverse workouts using kettlebells, dumbbells, TRX, bands, boxes, sandbags, medicine balls & more! The first 30 minutes focus on intense resistance and cardio to boost your metabolism followed by 15 minutes of core strengthening exercises.
